UNDER AUSPICES OF Illinois Elks Bowling Association. Tournament manager and Secretary Dana Doty. April 18th & 19th, 2026. This is s MORAL SUPPORT SANCTION protection for U.S.B.C. Members. Bowlers do not need to be USBC Sanctioned to compete in this Tournament.
ENTRY DEADLINES THE START OF EACH SQUAD Should you wait till start of squad you are not guaranteed a spot on the squad.

Prize Fee
100% PRIZE FEES RETURNED TO WINNERS! PRIZE RATIO ONE PRIZE FOR EACH FOUR ENTRIES/EVENT (Based on 50 teams). The IEBA will guaranty a Five thousand dollars prize fund for this Tournament.
Time and Place
We will bowl 1 PM Saturday with a 9AM squad for the overflow from the 1PM squad. Sunday 10:00 AM with a 1PM squad for the overflow from the 10AM squad. We will bowl at Pheasant Lanes, 804 N Hershey Rd., Bloomington, Il 61074.
IMPORTANT RULES CHANGES
- Bowler that does not have an established average in the last season, they will use the highest established average in past 5 seasons. Reason: Fair Play. (See Handicaps and Averages-Rule 2; page 2 of Entry Blank)
- The “1 lane Only Courtesy Rule” will be used and enforced during this Tournament. Reason: Scheduling.
- As of 2014, Bowlers form Border State with Illinois may bowl in this tournament. Team event only two out of State bowlers and Doubles only one. Singles no change. Bowlers home State must border Illinois.
- Handicap changed from to 90% difference between average and 230. With no limit restrictions
